Great place with great wi-fi, a clean indoor pool, and friendly service. I remember how the staff helped me with a hot drink during my first cold visit. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay!

The property is absolutely great and the staff is courteous! Make sure you stay in the a double room with a king bed, the bedroom plus a fold out couch.

The location was great because it was short walk to a Bob Evans restaurant and a Dollar Tree store and a nail salon that has a bar and grill and several shopping plazas. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

We booked a beautiful king room with a pull-out sofa for our children, but upon check-in, we were given a room with just a king bed at 10:15 PM. The front desk staff were completely unhelpful and told us there was nothing they could do, forcing us to buy cots for our kids at a nearby Walmart late at night.

The wide hallways and comfortable seating areas made it easily accessible and cute for seniors like myself.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty good. Beds were comfy, and it was clean which is always a plus. The hardwood floors felt fresh and modern, no carpets to worry about. The shower was decent too. Definitely appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, super handy for snacks. Just a little bump at checkout with the rate increase was annoying, but nothing huge.

The location was perfect for our family! We loved the convenience of nearby attractions and really enjoyed the pool. Our kids had a blast swimming while we relaxed. Plus, the staff was friendly.

My children wanted better breakfast options. With two little ones, having more variety would make mornings smoother. It was quite crowded, and options ran out quickly, so planning ahead would be helpful for families.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and well-kept. We loved the comfort of the beds and the heated pool was really nice for the kids. The breakfast included make-your-own waffles, pre-made omelets, and plenty of coffee options. Staff were super friendly too.
